Honoring the Constitution... We live in the greatest country in the world. As Americans we are free. Free to say, write, dream, achieve and do what we desire. Our freedom dows not come from government. Our freedom comes from the Constitution. The only of its kind, the Constitution guarantees our freedom by limiting and balancing the government’s power among three separate, but equal branches. As a former police officer and current Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, the State of Ohio, and the laws of this State.
